Good afternoon HCE Family,

Just wanted to address some of the issues that we've had regarding our 11u HCE Southbay team. Consistency and commitment

is something that we struggled with since last season. Coach B and I was hoping that it would be improve this season, but so far, 

it still has been inconsistent at best. Now we've had some personal losses and illness, which is what we are not referring to at all in this post.

We even have some who play other sports, and even with that, we understand and try to support the best way we can. Most of these issues can 

be fixed with consistent communication and consideration. If you child misses any practice, please text myself or Coach B and let us know. The schedule is posted early so people can have the flexibility to do other things, so attendance for us is very important to us. Also, at the games this past weekend, we looked disjointed, and I feel that is directly to missing practices. To give us the best chance to improve individually and collectively as a group, we need to be at practices and games. I will continue to make adjustments to our roster to ensure that our team will be in support of the philosophies and standards expected. I've talked to most of you, so this is just a general reminder of the expectations
