VEGAS SCHEDULE
Hello,
Very important information so please read in its entirety. Jam on It Las Vegas just notified me that they have changed some registration methods for their tournaments. We in all prior years have been able to do priority registration which is reserve your spot and pay later which means I normally make the Vegas player's fee due later. However, they no longer offer that option which means tournament fees must be
paid upfront to reserve your spot in the tournament. To make sure that our spot is good, we want to make the tournament fee payment by no later than Saturday May 9th, so I can make payment by Sunday May 10th. Payment links and amount will be posted below. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
ALL PAYMENTS WILL NEED TO BE MADE THROUGH VENMO. PLEASE SEND ME CONFIRMED TEXT AND/OR PUT YOUR CHILD'S INFO AND TEAM IN THE DESCRIPTION
Once paid, all parents will need to send the following information to hcelasvegas@gmail.com
Child's copy/attachment of their birth certificate and school ID or report card if you don't have a school ID in one email.
Please put your child's name and HCE team on the subject line
All documents for both weekends' tourneys need to be in by Saturday May 23rd.
