Class Levels
Level I: Beginner Skill Level (Ages 6-10)
Level II: Intermediate Skill Level (Ages 10-13)
Level III: Advanced Skill Level (Ages 13-18)
 
*Levels can change based on skill level of child
*Open Instruction Videos (OI) (Recommended, not required. Can be done at any time of the day.)
*Hybrid training means in-person training is available

4:15-4:45pm: Ballhandling Workout with Coach H (Level II,III) @ Zoom
4:50-5:30pm: Shooting Mechanics with Coach Pops (Level I) @ Zoom
6:00: Coaches Corner Homework with Coach Pops (Level I) @ Zoom
7:30: HCE Hoop Classics Film Study (Level I,II,III) @Youtube

3:15-3:35pm Cone Work Training with Coach Lloyd and Kadence

3:40-4:00: Basic Basketball Training with Coach Pops (Level I) @Zoom
4:30: Challenge Homework (Level I,II,III) @Youtube

Wednesday:

3:30pm: Youtube Series with Kayla Padilla (Level I,II,III) @Youtube starting 1/13/21
5pm:HCE Hoop Classic Film Study (Level I,II,III) @Youtube

Thursday:
3:40-4:10: Basic Basketball Training with Coach Pops (Level I) @Zoom
4:15-4:45: Breakdown Moves Training with Coach Lloyd and Deuce (Level III) @Zoom
4:50-5:35: Shooting Mechanics with Coach Lloyd (Level II & III) @Zoom
