Level III: Point Guard, Wings, Post Play Classes, Shooting Mechanics (Advanced Level)

HCEU SUMMER PROGRAM
Where: Veterans Sportscomplex
When: June 22 - August 22 *
Duration: 2 Hours Daily - Monday -> Friday
What: Intense daily work on your sports performance as well as raise your basketball IQ with drills to get you ready for any level by the fall. Academics will be optional during this summer session in the form of elective classes More to come...
Sports Performance Training for 1 hour. This will include: speed, footwork, strength/core, upper and lower body natural power training.
Basketball skill development: Ball handling, shooting technique, passing, breakdown moves, competitive game situation/analysis and much more. Skill sets will be broken down by position.
